Is it a “better idea” or a “big mistake” to change the Wonderland site on the OCNJ Boardwalk?
The much-debated site of the former Wonderland Pier continues to be a point of contention amongst various organizations and developers in Ocean City. The Ocean City 2050 shared its vision for a shared, multi-use space called “Wonderland Commons.” The local community group calls the luxury resort plan a “big mistake” and offered what it called “a better idea” in opposition to the previously presented plans.
