Ocean City hidden cameras case heads to grand jury

Harold Perkins, 38, of Philadelphia, was brought from the Cape May County jail this week, as he is accused of planting hidden cameras inside public bathrooms on the Ocean City Boardwalk this summer will have his case go before a grand jury. Though he did not speak in court, a judge decided his case will head to a Grand Jury.
