Whose fault is it? Electric bills are on the rise, but who is to blame?

When residents and businesses alike are struggling to pay the rising cost of electric bills throughout New Jersey, it is a common question to ask: who or what is to blame? That’s precisely what State Senator Michael Testa wanted to ask during a legislative forum sponsored by the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.
